1) Eligibility & accounts

You’re responsible for your device, credentials, and all activity. If account creation is available, you may request deletion as required by platform rules; contact us for assistance.

2) Subscriptions, trials, and billing

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (and Google if/when Android is supported). Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds follow store policies.

3) User content & submissions

When you submit gym data or updates, you confirm you have the right to submit it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, adapt, and distribute that content within MatTimes and related services. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

4) Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized data collection, or interference. Don’t upload malware or attempt to access data without permission.

5) Location & directions

If enabled, location is used to show nearby gyms. Accuracy may vary. Map tiles, geocoding, and directions are provided by third parties; use at your own risk.

6) Intellectual property

MatTimes, the logo, and related marks are owned by Port 13et LLC or licensors. All rights reserved.

7) Third-party services

MatTimes may link to third-party sites/services (e.g., maps, payments). We aren’t responsible for their content or policies.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

MATTIMES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIMIT LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users, us, or third parties.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue lies in the courts of [Your County], Tennessee.
